The pupils in Key Stage 2 have the opportunity to participate in some simple construction exercises using wood and plastic. The purpose of providing them with the chance to have their lessons in the school workshop is to prepare them for more detailed work in Key Stages 3 and 4, ultimately leading to exam opportunities in Year 11 at GCSE.
